Publicly supported formats: MP4, AVI, PNG, and other common image and video formats. Software names, supported OS versions, and download access will be added after formal confirmation.
INSTALLATION
Use the included bracket and SATA connection.
- Confirm the fit.Choose the product version, then confirm the case type and required internal clearance.
- Secure the bracket.Fix it to the top CPU radiator or top cooling-fan mounting area.
- Connect power.Connect the SATA power connector with the PC switched off.
- Power on and upload.Start the PC to see the image. Connect the PC software or mobile app to the device Wi-Fi to control it and upload playback content.

Does the display kit include a PC case?
No. VICIZ supplies the PC visual display kit, mounting bracket, SATA power connector, and packaging only. The PC case and all other computer hardware shown are for installation demonstration and are not included.
Is the mounting bracket included?
Yes. The bracket, display module body, SATA power connector, and integrated packaging box are included. The device must be installed with its matching bracket.
Can I order one set?
Yes. Both standard products support a one-set order, samples, and small batches.
Can I upload my own video or image?
Yes. Connect the PC software or mobile app to the device Wi-Fi, then upload media stored on your computer or phone. Publicly supported formats include MP4, AVI, PNG, and other common formats.
Can you make a custom size or irregular case?
Yes, subject to MOQ and a sales feasibility review.
Will I receive the order within 48 hours?
No. Production and dispatch timing is confirmed after compatibility, quantity, and current availability are reviewed. Delivery time varies by destination and logistics method.
